Renting the Reilly Arts Center

As the flagship center for arts and culture in Ocala, the Reilly Arts Center is committed to being an active and accessible venue in our community. Renting the Reilly Arts Center is easy and affordable. We have multiple venues available with space to accommodate community events with 700+ guests, to intimate gatherings with friends and family. Available spaces below:

As a producer of concerts and live events, the Reilly Arts Center and Marion Theatre generally does not rent to third-party talent representatives or promoters. Talent representatives can direct their inquiries to booking@reillyartscenter.com for booking consideration.

Mainstage Theatre

The Reilly’s Mainstage Theatre holds just over 700 guests with theatre style seating on a raked floor, creating clear sightlines from every seat. We host more than 100 rental events each year ranging from charity events, guest lectures, choir performances, graduations, theatre productions, dance recitals, ballets, concerts, to everything in between! With the experience of the patrons and success of your event in mind, we offer a complete state-of-the-art lighting and sound system with one-of-a-kind acoustics, two staffed full-service bars, front of house staff including ushers, a full-service Box Office, and convenient parking options.

NOMA Black Box at the Reilly Arts Center

The NOMA Black Box at the Reilly Arts Center is an innovative new space, perfect for smaller concerts, plays, meetings, banquets and networking events. This versatile 3,500 sq ft room can seat 250-300 theatre-style, hold a concert with standing room for 400 or accommodate 200 guests seated banquet-style. This theatre is equipped with the same state of the art sound and lighting equipment as the Mainstage Theatre. The NOMA Black Box is the perfect place to hold your special event- you will experience the elegance and professionalism of the Reilly Arts Center in a more intimate atmosphere.

Jenkins Open Air Theatre

Located in Tuscawilla Park and available for use in conjunction with an event inside the venue or to be used separately. The stage measures 27’ 2” x 44’3” with a (non-waterproof) sunshade covering. There is no rigging permitted on the outdoor stage, anything that needs to be flown will need to be ground supported. There is a 3-phase power disconnect available as well as electrical hookups on the stage.

Must check date availability and have a completed rental agreement on file with the Reilly Arts Center before obtaining and paying for the city permit. Allowable time period by city ordinance.

*Note: Permitting fees due to the City of Ocala and Rental fees due to the Reilly Arts Center are paid separately. 

Live Oak Founders’ Club

The Live Oak Founders’ Club is an ideal place to host a business meeting, lunch, private party or reception. This space is equipped with a bar, comfortable lounge seating, a screen for power-point and access to the terrace that overlooks Tuscawilla Park. This versatile room can comfortably accommodate 30-50 guests for a party, 20 for a seated meeting.

Marion Theatre

The historic Marion Theatre is a unique space that’s perfect for private film events! Host your next birthday party, company outing, or gather friends to watch your all-time favorite film. The Marion’s bar and concessions take your experience to the next level.

Mainstage Theatre: (5-hour minimum)

Security Deposit
$500 Due at the signing of this agreement in form of a check or credit card on file. This will only be charged in case of incidentals.

Weekday Rental Rates: (Monday through Thursday)
Full Day: $2,000 (Up to 10 consecutive hours)
Five Hours: $1,250
Additional Hour(s): $200

Weekend Rental Rates: (Friday through Sunday, Full Day Only)
Full Day: $3,000 (Up to 10 consecutive hours)

NOMA Black Box: (Introductory Rates)
Weekday Rental Rates (Monday through Thursday)
6AM-2PM Base Rental (3 hours) $300
Additional hour(s) $100

Monday through Thursday Evening Rental
Base Rental (5 hours) $750
Full Day Rental: $1,250 (Up to 10 consecutive hours)

Live Oak Founder’s Club Banquet Room: (3-hour minimum)
Weekday Rental: $125 per hour

East Lobby: (3-hour minimum)
Weekday Rental: $125 per hour
Weekend Rental: $150 per hour

Frank DeLuca Grand Lobby: (3-hour minimum)
Weekday Rental: $200 per hour
Weekend Rental: $250 per hour

Jenkins Open Air Theatre: (Full day)
Weekday and Weekend Rental: $400

Ticketing
Fee to client: $3 per ticket (in addition to the $3 online purchase and “mail to me” fees.

Your rental package will include:

  • Use of designated space
  • One microphone, one lighting scene
  • Staffed concessions

Any other equipment or labor requirements will be determined based on the style and needs of the event and charged to the client at the rates below. Lighting and Sound Technician’s time will start one hour prior to load in.

Labor Rental Rates
Audio Engineer: $550 up to 10 hours ($55 each additional hour)
Lighting Engineer: $550 up to 10 hours ($55 each additional hour)
Stagehand(s): (4 hour minimum) $38.50 per hour
Police Officer: Cost + 10%
Event Security: $50 per hour (minimum 6 hours)

Additional Charges
Yamaha Grand Piano: $200 (includes tuning)
Tables with Linen: $20 each
Black Folding Chair: $3 each (includes set up and teardown)
4 x 8 Risers: $50 each (includes one set up and one teardown)
Speaker’s Podium: $50 per day
Projection Screen: $100 per day
